I talked with doc about that today. I have learned to control some anger by reading newspapers or magazines and NOT responding. Imagine! That's another miracle. The joy I feel at just tossing an article I want to rage back to the author over!!!lol

my kids have taught me volumes. i feel like a child again, rediscovering the world through them. i have a dog who acts like a cat. she is very independent. sometimes it's frustrating.

i've never addressed my impatience
until lately. i've got two young boys and i don't want them to be afraid of me, the way i was afraid of my dad.
