JJ Wilde!! Winner of another 4,000 click-ola's. Right, he struck the
infra-structure of the South. Revolutionized warfare for all time. What a dope!

Invents terrorism? By burning down the cane fields of a bunch of dirt poor sharecroppers supporting two-three families of his black friends? That doesn't quite fit the standard profile of terrorists, but I guess, in a pinch, it will do.

JJ, consider this. Sherman was an intellectual, kind of like John Kerry,
your hero. He's a real thinker right? So he thinks why should all my young guys get gored by the cannon etc. etc.? So, what does he do? (consider this remedial instruction)

JJ, OK, I'll giver you a big hint, then I'll open it up to the rest of the
class. Prior to the end of the Civil War, all military engagements were fought between large armies of young men and women, representing governments or forms of governments. What change did Sherman's march to the sea represent? (remember he was the first president and founding father of LSU)

No JJ, you got full credit for your answer. If you wish to stop and collect your IOU's then you may do so. I can put the next question on the next quiz and open it up to everyone., I just thought I'd give you extra attention.

Anyway, Shermy burned a patch about 60-80 miles wide across Georgia from Atalant to the sea. Thanks. Start paying up. JJ

Let's all pitch in and pay two-dog his clicks!.............................
As a keeper of meticulous records, i will note that we owe Offbeatpub 3,997 clicks, and two-dog, a full 4,000. I'd appreciate it if everyone would pitch in. This amount on my own, either I'm going to have to cash in a CD, or it will take me till the year 2025 to get even.
