Symphony...like you, I am learning when it is necessary to step into a blog and read with the mind instead of the emotions. I am learnnig to except that it is impossible to have a two-sided conversation with a one-sided person. I'm learning to appreciate differences, and I'm praying alot more. I'm learning that my less-than-perfect journey in life is perfectly comparable and relatable to others'. I'm learning to bite my toungue. I'm (virtually) meeting people that I wish were in my town or within driving distance. I'm learning to judge less - and compliment more. I'm learning to forgive and forget...and sometimes just go with the flow.

What a great post!
I believe that you have covered it all, and I have learned many things just from reading your post. I feel the same way about many of the topics that you touched base on, but didn't realize it until you put it into perspective.

Wonderful post Symphony!
I have learned to sort and organize all my crazily spinning thoughts and feelings too, into something that hopefully makes sense to others. Amazing how when you sit down to relate an experience or emotion in written form, you often end up learning something else about yourself or your perception that you weren't expecting. I think other blogger's comments help in that process too; frequently readers see and point out what is obvious to everybody except the one who wrote it. Hope that made sense, lol.

I've learned
a lot of things Symph. i've learned some discipline. And I've learned that everyone and everything aren't what they seem on the outside. We have a great opportunity here to read people's thoughts without having preconcieved ideas about them as people. It's made me a better listener and I think a better friend.

SYMPHONY--you have certainly been helped by writing, as I believe
most have. Writing helps me to keep alert, and of course, writing requires some self control. I at least start each day writing.

that's a lot to learn just from Blogit. It's great though cause I know with me, being here has made me see how much I should follow my dreams. There are others out there in this world, like me, with dreams of getting published and what not. For the first time, I'm very serious about making my dream of getting published to come true. This place has became a motivation for me, somehwhat of an inspiration to believe we can all do it.

You have learned a whole lot Symph!
What a great post! Writing has been so wonderful for you! Channelling all that energy into your writing has helped you grow and how great is that? I've always journalled as a way to sort out my feelings but on coming to blogit I've gained more confidence in my writing, I've learned what works and what doesn't, learned where my strengths and weaknesses lie in writing and with all the practice I believe my writing has improved over the past two years. And..I've found a wonderful support group of like-minded people and you just can't find that if you're sitting in front of your computer writing all day...it's a solitary activity but here I can stop and flip over to see my friends whenever I want..as long as all my friends are still here!!

Yes, I have come back because so many wonderful people (yourself included) sent me wonderful heartfelt emails and comments and it made me realise I should be here with my friends.
