Once (at band camp)...I had forgotten all about the one experience I had with all that equipment...many, many moons ago...I was hired to...I guess the term was dub...in the voice announcing the name of the separate theaters for several new ones in the surrounding areas when they were taken over by Commonwealth and remodeled and all that. They had a canned ad with this woman doing most of the talking and they just needed me to slip in these few words. I sat there and got coached to come in all energetic and all with my line..they recorded and then I listened in amazement as the magic sound guys made my voice sound not just similar but exactly like hers'!  I had forgotten all about that! Made a really nice check for it, too.

Ca88i, Do you ever write with your boys?
Hey, I've always been proud that my learning style is global and inductive -- but I often forget to read themanual and get lazy!  This was one of those successful events with a manual.
