These are really something.
The first guys sounds like a great example of having more money than sense. The answer is yes to your TV questions, as well as Davey Crocket with Fess Parker. The only radio show that I remember was Big John and Sparky. I don't even remember if my folks had a radio. I always went to my grandmother's to listen to this show.

Hadn't heard it about bears but had about cougars...we're more likely to have them where I live. I ordered coyote urine to keep the deers off my deck cause they were eating all my flowers and it was the stinkinest job to get that stuff sprayed around...should've asked the guy down the street to come over and just do his thing..huh...of course, I don't really know him all that well.....but, that would be one way of introducing myself, right!! Glad you enjoyed!

I love the bear one. Hey, do you know how to keep bears off of your property? Have a man pee all along the perimeter of the area. Bears see that it's another males territory. Kewl, huh?

I would like the Insurance Claim story...
