Benzinha, I share your concern but I also know how strong and determined the people of London are. I was among them for a long time and also lived with the knowledge this could happen.
I agree that it is worse because no warning was given. As yet I have heard no ill of anyone but it is possible some were caught up. My feeling is not to call and email everyone to ask how they are because I know how busy they are particularly when their regular transport is not working. I will reflect with them a little later.
I was thinking yesterday of a friend who died recently and that old lady I described who will be unaware of these events __ no bad thing.
Thank you my friend

B, I sure do hope that you are well.
The London bombings have me worried to distraction over the people that I know who live, visit and work there. I am worried over those who are unknown to me, too.
The Basque and Irish often called or call just before the bomb goes off, these new protestors against us 'others' delight in not being that humane. I ache for this little planet and her ills.
Old people are precious gifts, precious. Mom just turned 82 this week and was dragged to the Maya Palace in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, to celebrate with the family. I stayed to work for the Chinese factory (making more prototypes) and to babysit cats and dogs in three houses.
So very glad that you are feeling better. Sincerely hoping that this missive finds you, and those that you know and love, well.

Yes, there is life beyond these keyboards
I think bloggers who remember this are much more interesting and real when they do post. Good to hear you are feeling better May B. Loved the last lines; poignant indeed.

So good to see you MayB!!!!!!!
Happy to hear you are feeling better!! Maybe we'll see more of you? Of course you have to take care of yourself first, then everyone else in your life. Your meeting with the elderly lady must have provided you with some insight...the old are wonderful characters...they've seen so much! Good to see you May! :)
