I just had to share: My mom used to sing that song ALL the time--especially when we would be driving through the Columbia River Gorge and there was this restaurant--YEARS AGO--in Hood River, called "Alice's." Well, we'd pass that place and she'd sing the chorus to that song. Nowadays, that place is still there, but it's been a chinese food joint, and now it's some other name--Yazzi's, I think, maybe! But I just wanted to share that I know that song--and even had my "own" Alice's Restaurant tidbit!

Gee, sounds like a real winner of a guy...
Oh and it looks like strat is taking lessons from symphony... she may be locking me up in her holiday home so I write the next part of my fiction. Let's hope they don't get together and start rounding us all up.

What's with that Strat? He always just sneaks in front of me and steals my line Plagiarism, I tellya..... Like him, I'm really looking forward to part 2. Slusher sounds like an interesting guy, kind of a diamond-in-the-rough. Bad news with a tender side. But I could be wrong, and this is why I'm booking tickets for part 2. As if I wouldn't anyway.

Hope I can wrap it up in just one more installment because it is involved...and you know how wordy I am!! You need to help me with that!
