Word, you are right, I am remaining non-judgemmental about my ex who
has just been through a very stressful experience, living with and caring for her parents. i told her so.

I need to work on being serene
a lot more. I think I tend to blow things out of proportion if I'm not careful. Too much stress can do that to you.
