What would probably happen in a case such as this is that the president
knowingly and willfully used his office and powers vested therein to involve the United States in an unjustified war, thereby causing the wrongful deaths of many Americans, the very people he swore to lead to the best of his abilities, which he has not done on a continuous basis. Believe me, Straightforward, the word "impeachment" would not be used so forcefully in Washington if a hundred constitutional litigators hadn't already figured out some way to invoke it.

IS there a clear-cut law for impeachment for misleading?
Has any PResident before been impeached under this law?
