Good post which is making me ask you a question as a the teacher you are now.
There are a lot of differences between American and Canadian English language which has made me question a lot of words now especially that I am taking a writing course from an American institution.
Like we put "U" in things you don't; Humor/Humour.
Now I ask you seriously, is Empowerment written Impowerment in the U.S. my friend? Happy 24

You have some good ideas. I think its a problem of society - we don't want to admit that any fails any more, so nobody does anything to stop failure.
