Thanks for the information. Right now I'm off of anti-depressants. All of them caused peripheral swelling, which I didn't need. So far, I'm all right, but I do watch to see if I am depressed.
My fibromyalgia seems to be gone now, the mirapax helps me sleep. The CPAP helps me breath at night, and the surgery corrected all sorts of things. I have far less pain than before.

Being depressed can cause Fibromyalgia, which in turn causes alot of pain. Also if you're depressed it can lower your immune system. Your plan to exercise and eat good will help. If you're depressed though, and also if you think you have times of mania, you might consider taking an antidepressant that can help with anxiety and also try something like Xanex for anxiety. Something that can counteract mania (if it's being stimulated by anything related to ADD) is Adderall. Hypomania can mimic Bipolar Disorder, but there are symptoms that can help distinguish between the two. Adderall can help boost serotonin and give you a little energy too.
