Sounds like you have been through a hell of an ordeal!  I can relate to so much of what you are saying.  As to what to do day to day....get yourself cleaned up and dressed every morning and open up the drapes/whatever to let in as much natural light as possible, even if it is raining outside.  Don't push yourself, get your rest, and do something everyday to make yourself feel better, i.e like you are accomplishing something, be it putting away your beads, or cleaning the sink.  I am Depressive Bi-Polar and I know the struggle.  Be strong, and email me if you just want to talk.
