There's no excuse NOT to drink plenty of water each day...

I've heard them all and they simply don't hold water...(pun intended)

Onto the vitamins...I buy Centrum Silver. For the same price as Centrum, you can get a vitamin that has additional B-6 and B-12. The B vitamins are the ones that give us the energy we need each day. You should also be taking a calcium supplement.

Are you? I use Viactiv, caramel flavored. Very tasty and yet 2 of these per day will give you all the calcium your body needs. Your hair and nails will be much healthier.

You should also be exercising each day. 10-20 min per day is sufficient. This can easily up your energy level by 20%.

tired?
Cook in an iron skillet. It puts iron in your diet. Really! Just be sure to season it first.

Sleep? I'll tell you the truth, my doctor gives me b-12 shots, and that works so good for me. I guess because I forget to take pills~~

Try a 24 hour liquid/juice fast, followed by a colon cleanser...some are 21 day things you take...take some ginseng, and B12, Peppermint scent for alertness, lavender for relaxation, vanilla for comfort....

Symphony,
I hope you feel better after your lavender bath, and sleep.  I haven't a clue about vitamins. Take care.

The prper vitamins may
be the answer to all of your problems. Shortages of certain things that the body requires can raise stress levels and can definately leave you with less energy. I take a multi vitamin for someone my age, and can notice the difference if I forget to take them. Also with the other medications I take the vitamins are essential to keep things in balance. Consulting a doctor is a good idea though to make sure that it is a vitamin deficiency that is causing your problem and not something else. Hope you find something to get you back in the pink.

Symphony...

Your best bet is to speak to a doctor.  A general physician, if you have one.  They can prescribe the appropriate vitamins for you based on your individual needs.  Keep me posted.

Go get some rest and relax.  Hope you're feeling better today.  Cheers for the chat yesterday...We'll speak again soon.  Hope you've had a good weekend.  God bless.

For a simple problem, the multi-vitamin pills may help. Consult a doctor if you feel that it is serious as there may be something else.

Sleep is important especially when you need to do so much physical work, taking care of your kids etc.

Practise using fast, easy recipes for nutritious meals. There are ready sauces, spices, prepackaged food etc.

Keep capped bottles of water around the places where you spend time. Eg your pc table, bedroom, TV room etc. This will remind you to drink up.

Symph--They make multi-vitamins that are specifically geared towards

women here in the States.  I think they have more iron and other important nutrients for the female body.  I highly recommend them.  Good luck!
