that's very true. i've experienced that time and again. disappointment is simply a lack of trust.

it's hard to apply when it appears as a 'rule'. i, myself, have been turned off by all the rules and people telling me what i should do. when i finally saw that the behavior carries its own consequences, then it became a simple matter.

Yes, it is the dawn of the understanding of Love as He meant each one of us to receive it individually, without manipultaion by religiosity. You write great, helpful and calming posts my friend and I appreciate the heck out of you

a friend recently said to me,
"nothing is ever taken from you, unless something better is coming" and it made me stop in my tracks... yes!  This is so true!  If you are at a dinner and a server comes along and removes your plate before you were done with that tasty morsel on your plate, we might sit longing for what has left us, but what if we understand that something even better is coming - something more to your taste - much tastier, what a difference our outlook would be...  your post made me think of this... it was a very good post.

I keep sowing, but sometimes my precious seeds are dug up and allowed to wither and die. But I keep sowing.

"we are learning to give what we want to receive, for in reality it is one and the same."
Wouldn't it be nice if all of the folks of all the worlds religions just practiced the simple golden rule, of the simple Shepherd of Men..."Do unto others as we would have them do unto us". Everyone would honor their highest nature and bow before their God in one another.
