I'm with you.
I don't trust Bush or any other politician. Have you heard about the national driver's license, supposedly to keep out terrorists? Yeah, that's the "reason" it is being pushed but if all the states don't want to participate, then the ones that don't cause their citizens to basically become non-citizens. They won't be able to travel out of their own state, trade financially with anyone out of their state, etc. Then, just to make sure that the national driver's licenses haven't been stolen or duplicated, they are next suggesting a chip be placed in the wrist or forehead of each citizen. Does that sound familiar?

Zoke

Not to mention they will be able to rummage through anybody's personal finances without us knowing about it!  I hope it fails too,  but will it?  I doubt it.

This is not a story the media will chase because there is no blood and gore, and no one is screaming about it being an immenent threat to our livelihoods - even though it is.

I've also read that, under the Patriot Act, you can be arrested for... disagreeing with the Patriot Act - I am looking into this.

I hope it fails, too...this is my main beef with this administration, the
Patriot Act.
