Sleep is definately good for you but I have so much to do
Sleep is the first part of my life cheated to make up for the rest.

Sleep is good.
I have it sometimes. Oddly, I sleep less as I get older. I reckon I'm weird.

Wow..I can't imagine!
And you are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed after 3 hours sleep? It's good that you aren't focusing on quantity. I often lie in bed, counting how many hours I've been asleep. If it's not 8..and it often isn't..I predict that I'll be tired during the day..I wonder how much of this sleep thing is in the head? Nah..my baggy eyes give me away.

oooh...I love my sleep and get very irritable if I dont get enough
I could not survive on your hours but then I do have broken sleep each time because of my two year old son
