you're right about the fear of death. we develop it early in life and though we consider ourselves educated and spiritual, we haven't gotten to the root of the fear. thanks for the insight.

i think it is much better for us to see what is possible by their example. there is much less pressure to conform or accept the level we are on.

I think that people who are afraid of death, for the most part, are people who have guilt and/or do not know God. When you come to know God, the more you know him, the less you are afraid of death. You realize that there is something so much better when we leave this earth. That is, of course, if when we leave this earth that we are in God's good grace and not on the side of the devil. Of course, when we die, if we are truly sorry for all of our sins and tell this to God, He will forgive us and we will still attain Heaven, for He is an all-loving and all forgiving God.
