If its really urgent (sorry don't know the details) what about calling the police? Or if its that sort of emergency, maybe a call to directory assistance? Sorry, I'm definitely not much help.

Symphony...I don't know that it will help, but his full name is Michael Harris...It might be listed under Mick...He doesn't live in London, though...North Umberland....Thanks all the same.
