Greetins Kris
Well I can understand that, I've lived in Michigan for 24 years of my life and I just recently moved to Mississippi. I never really care for it but it's my hometown, where I was born rasied esta. I find it funny everytime someone ask me where I'm from I tell them up north and they'll say, " Oh your a yankee", and I'll just laugh and say yep. Take care. ~Silly

You are welcome to come visit anytime! I haven't even told you the spendors of where I live now...I know you would love to sit on my deck with me...feed the deer, watch the sun come up over the lake, mists rise over the hills in the distance, see the mesquite softly dance in the breeze....invite's open anytime so come on down!

Good morning, Krislis
What a lovely blog to start my day! I've never been out Texas way but you sure did take me there this mornin'. Hey, honey, I think I'm talkin' like a Texan. Or at least feelin' like one. Great life you had out there. Maybe, just maybe...some of us CAN go home again.

My ex spent many a weekend in that Harris County jail! And I spent many an hour waiting to get him out! The area I live in is the wildflower capital and you must come visit me next Spring..if they're anything like they were this past it'll give your soul a lift....and you may feel old sometimes darlin' but you aren't old.  Love your stuff; thanks for stoppin' by.

I spent a few years in Texas when I was "on the run" back when I was young and stupid, and not so old and tired.  AND, even after spending a weekend nearly naked in the Harris County jail, I still wear my Tony Llamas proudly.

Not a Native Texan, but there's something about the Bluebonnets in Spring.....
