It's a shame you can't rearrange life the way you can rearrange your dreams. Maybe your dream is about how you have to pick up the peices and put them all back together again, it never quiet fits the way it used too, but it works well enough that you can go on.  I commend you for your courage in facing the legal system on your own.  Sometimes its not about being rescued but learning how to save yourself.

Hey, loanlady. My fiance and I both deal with monsters. Her ex is a
sociopath who plays emotional and psychological games, not to mention holds his kids emotionally hostage whenever he's feeling the least slighted or offended or "hurt."  He's pathetic.   And my ex is a crackhead who recently died three times, was resuscitated, was on life support for over a month, recovered and went back to her same lifestyle not three months after her deaths.  She calls whenever the thought occurs to her (about two times a year, not counting my son's birthday and Christmas).  In a way, her not calling is a blessing.  We have to put up with Heinrich Himmler every Wednesday, the fallout from his verbal orchestrations for the next couple days.

Loan Lady... I do the same thing with my dreams.
I make them into what I want them to be!
