I know exactly where you are right now (not physically, of course) and I happy for youe because I know the relief you will feel when you return. You will probably feel like an alien for a while and not want to jump back into the fray, but when you do jump, you'll land on sturdier legs.

I have no idea what you're doing; perhaps I missed something....at any rate you sound like you are just being right now and that's a good thing to do. Let me share a meditation I just sent someone else on here, one I use all the time that is centuries old: All shall be well/And, all shall be well/And, all manner of things shall be well....try it out a few times, get the rhythm..it's very soothing....mostly, it's very true.
