Yes, it sounds like you may need to completely delete that last entry that caused the formatting to get messed up.
And in future please use the Notepad method before you post anything to your blog from another application. That will ensure that you don't also copy the formatting into your blog.

Notepad did not Un -format it
Brian, I followed the instruction but it didnt change. If i delete all the posts and re-paste them will that help?

It appears that when you entered your last post to your blog located here, the formatting of your blog was messed up and became much wider.
You may wish to try re-posting that entry. First, please go to your Write page and click on the Edit link. Then scroll down to the end of this particular post and click on the Edit link at the bottom of that post. Then follow the steps below:
1. Highlight the text. Choose Copy from the Edit menu on your web browser.
2. Open Notepad. Notepad is in the Start menu, under Programs > Accessories.
3. Choose Paste from the Edit menu. The text will be pasted without formatting.
4. Highlight the text in Notepad. Choose Copy from the Edit menu.
5. Now, you can paste the text without formatting into the "Add post" page.
That should help remove the formatting that is causing that particular post and therefore your whole blog to become too wide.
When copying and pasting from another application such as a word processor or email program, please always use the Notepad accessory to first remove all formatting.
Simply click on Enter for each blank line you want to leave in between your text.
