I have never used it myself, Cass...
I am glad to hear that it works so well. I will have to see if I can find some - any ideas on where to buy it?

I buy spelt bread and use spelt flour in cooking and baking. Spelt flour makes great pancakes, no-one can tell the difference. I've also used it in cakes with good results.
