Oh yes, have had that happen countless times! It usually turns out that I'm pissed about something the person actually did, unrelated to the dream. I guess we have permission to retaliate while we sleep :)

Funny thing too, is that he was a 270 lb man and I punched the crap out of his arm!! And it must have been pretty damn hard cause MY hand kinda hurt when I woke up! Yeeks. Some dream.

When I was married The wife shook me awke, threw me a pillow and said "Get

yer ass on the couch, you bastard !" I was not one to argue or ask questions. I just did as the woman pleased. She had breakfst waiting for me the next morning. I gave some to the dog first. (Heh-Heh). I had to be sure.

One time my husband had a dream that he was saving me from a

psycho rapist by choking him to death. I thought I would die before I could get the man to wake up and get his damn hands off of my neck! I told him not to save me next time, or I could end up dead!

And ya..I've had such dreams before and when I tell Steve he gets all mushy and lovey-dovey claiming he'd never to this or that I've dreamed about. Maybe he's feeling guilty? LOL..nah he's a good guy.

Well...it was...uh...I don't think.... I think trying to explain things like that is like trying to swim with a 500 pound rock tied to each leg. The more you try to explain, the more people don't believe you. Then you go on to try to explain more because you see that no one believes you, and the more you try to explain, the more convinced they become that you are acting guilty because you aren't telling the truth. At time like that I just say something like this.

Well,

I had a friend wake me up once in a big hurry about something. I woke up without knowing what the hell was going on and took a swing at him. Luckily I realized what was happening before it landed, and I pulled the punch. Not completely, unfortunately, the real fight was ready to begin. Somehow I managed to convince him it was his fault and it stopped. Pretty good for a guy who just woke up, huh?

Lately I just chase people around and kick the covers off of the bed while cussing them out. It gets louder and louder until I wake myself up. It's always quite a relief to find that it was just a dream, but it still takes 45 minutes to get back to sleep. JJ
I just realized that I feel really remedial today.
What the hell does that mean? Please tell me. It's stuck in my head.

I've never actually punched someone, but I have had that happen. It's weird to still feel so pissed off and to know that there's no reason that you should be. And I was going to bring up what Ariala did. Now that can cause some serious embarrassment!
