Well, as for us ... we've got it down to him smoking and me setting the example of not smoking. Now, he's almost ready to quit.

Both are nasty little habits
and my hubby and I should be shot! He chews and I smoke, but it works out for us. I don't smoke around other people or in restaurants, and he doesn't do nasty things with his chew in front of me. He primarily does it at work in an all male environment where most of the guys chew or smoke.

Oh yeah, I had this problem once, long ago.
I met a really handsome man who became my dance partner. So romantic. I wanted marriage. But he pulls out the chewing tobacco. Silly me, as I didn't mind at all, I figured I should have a vice too, and I began to smoke cigarettes -- on purpose. Then he pulls out the weed. OK, so now were talking illegal, and I object. He says, "Well, mom smoked it ..."
What's the deal? Are they pulling out these vices on purpose to get rid of us? What happened to doing things together? Now, I didn't dump him over the weed. I was IN LOVE. But he dumps me, so I'm wondering, did he TRY to drive me away?
