Back again - took the bread pudding out of the oven about 10 minutes ago. It's delish! Did a variation with apple slices, walnuts, tablespoon of orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, eggs, milk, nutmeg & cardemom. Reallly good!

These are great! I'm a big bread pudding fan. I love all types of bread pudding as long as there are no raisins in them. I can't wait to try your Twinkie bread pudding -- being a Twinkie lover. THANKS for passing on these recipes.
