I've taken two aspirin and keep putting cold compresses on. My hubby keeps teasing me about it. (I look like a neanderthal with the large brow!) It's all in fun though.

Star4, Bless your heart Heart woman ! Don't feel stupid. I don't know how
many times I have suffered due to "bad judgement' calls. Fair haired + light complexions +direct sunlight= 1 miserable dude or dudette for the next few days. To draw the heat out of the skin, I use vinegar soaked wash cloths as a compress. It does make me feel better, but smell like a cucumber salad. I would use cold chicken soup if it made the pain go away (LOL) Get well soon!
