If he ever did, You-look-fabulous. A lot of people mistrust the police,
and for various reasons. Traumatized or not, this man is a millionaire, because there is no way he is going to pass up excessive force or some other civil suit. I mean, if the LAPD is paying double their usual rate for damage to homes and property, think how much this man will get.

A person who is trained to kill should be trained to never kill an innocent person. It's a good thing the suspect survived, but I'll bet he's severely traumatized and will never trust a policeman again.
