Yes, I don't know about Sanger, but I think it's true that the percentage of abortions that kill black unborn children is higher than the percentage of blacks in the country.
Alan Keyes noted in debate with now-Senator Barack Obama last year that abortion has meant a much smaller black population in America.
Race aside, it is unconscionable that we designate this one group of the human species (unborn children) as expendable because of their lack of physical and mental capacities, a Darwinian reasoning that we rightly reject with regard to any other group.
