I've often wondered why some people can't imagine God using evolution to
create humankind. They get so hung up on the Words that are not even properly understood in English, and that came, originally, from sources more ancient than the Bible-- from two different sources, at that, which any real scholar of the Biblical Creation knows is the reason for there being two different, interwoven accounts of Creation in Genesis.
