God does care. And he's already made provision for you to be whole spirit, soul and body. All you have to do is believe.

Mike, I'm so sorry about your injury.
Jesus not only saves but he heals. What kind of God would be interested enough to send his only son to die so your soul could be healed but not care at all about your body?
