We regret you’re not happy with Blogit Customer Service.
This is not an apology for poor service a number of us have been dealing with. Saying you're sorry that I'm not happy is not addressing the issue at hand, it's a cop-out devised to get me to shut up. If you really regret that I feel that way, apologize for your poor service and assure me that something will be done about it.

Although your number is highly inflated we consider all feedback whether it is from one member or one thousand members.
We also try to do the right thing whether or not it is popular. We have addressed many of the questions related to Blogit Policy Violations here.

About 100 people gave you "feedback" in various forms on the banishment issue, didn't they?
So some "rapid" improvement should be expected right?
