Finger Food
One would think that more fingers would be found in the food in the Middle East, don't they cut them off as punishment for certain offenses. Perhaps they are simply ground up as protein so no one can really identify them as fingers.

Don't give anyone any more ideas. When I was little, a good friend of my dad's lost his fingers in heavy machinery at Martin Marietta, now Lockheed Martin. I was only about 4, and the guy kept trying to convince me he had accidentally eaten them when he was making a sandwich.
