I hadn't noticed the email part of Blogit as I just started or I would have mailed you directly with the whole copyright speech instead of posting it. I'm sorry. I wanted to tell you as I knew it was an innocent thing. I worked as an editor for years. We had an advertiser for about 5 years: Better Homes and Garments, a consignment shop. They had the name for about 8 years, then Better Homes and Gardens tracked them down. It seemed unreal to everyone, especially since it had taken so long. Then the fact that the store was small, we just figured BHG wouldn't care...but they did. They forced the store to change its name under trademark laws.
I love Dylan lyrics. I surround myself with his stuff when I work. I'm glad you figured out a way to make it work. Kim
