that's interesting. it's hard to own it when it's not comfortable, but it's the way out of it for sure.

One of the hardest things I learned to do when in pain or trouble was to say the words "Thank you." I am a carpenter and for years I swore and felt anger when I caused myself pain. The words were ridiculous at first, but eventually they caused a difference. The words caused change in being. I was hooked.
