SHe is guilty as sin
Here's a little factoid about the food posioning case, she claims her daughter got food poisoning from EL Pollo Loco. The real estate deal was a mobile home scam she pulled on a lady. She sold a mobile home that really belonged to her boyfriend and collected 11 grand as a down payment on it. A few days later the mortgage company calls the old lady and tells her to leave saying there was a default on the payment. The lady went to Ayala's house in Nevada and she refused to give back the money. SHe made the mobile home deal in San jose. So in other words this scumbag of a woman lives in Nevada and then goes to San Jose to pull her scams. I hope they throw the book at Ayala.
