Done very well indeed.
Although I have said a few things. I have pretty much stopped reading his crap. I don't need that kind of stuff and you are right it is a great stoop to a lower level.
Hopefully his blog will dwindle off. As I will not pay him to just irritate the crap out of us all. I don't think of you any less, and I don't think that way of Brits at all. After all half of my family is from there and the other half from Scotland.

And when I first joined here I actually thought this place was different and a place for writers to communicate and show their stuff and talk about writing. It seems at times to be anything but this really. It's really just another message board that you get charged monthly to post on, without even a decent caring moderator/s to keep the place running right. I'm looking for another place myself; somewhere more professionally run, with owners and management who actually care about writers and their paying members and who want to keep my business. What a laughable way to run a business! And to think they are promoting this site as a place for writers in the media! Laughingstock is the word I would use here. Cent

Well, why don't we all report Limey to Shaycom? Isn't this person breaking one of the main rules of this place? That of being a TROLL and TROLLING for negative responses and just trying to stir up crap on here. Certainly this Limey has done more harm to this blog site than Whammie ever could possibly do (and still having not seen what she wrote or what she was earlier warned about I find it hard to believe she did a damned thing wrong or deserved such harsh and shabby treatment) and deserves to be booted. It seems Shaycom wants us all to do their dirty work and resort to being a bunch of smitches and rats, because they are too cheap to hire around the clock moderators who read the damned content of the board and enforce the rules they have written for the conduct of the bloggers here. I know about moderating a message board, I've done it for many years. We would never allow such claptrap TROLLING nonsense on our board. Shaycom needs to do their own work and moderate the blog-board and enforce their own rules even-handedly and do so by hiring a few people to do so with the money they earn from us. As far as I can see Shaycom is running this place pretty shabbily and unprofessionally. (I can say this as everything I have on here is backed up on my computer and some other places and discs.)
Whammie was treated very unfairly, (at least from what I can determine so far from what I have read) and yet others do as they please and say whatever they please while breaking the rules and get away with it. Maybe the board owners agree with what Limey is writing here? It would seen so, but if no one complains to them I guess they'll never know what is going on, as THEY DON'T HAVE THE STAFFING TO DO THE JOB AND ENSURE THE RULES ARE BEING FOLLOWED!!! Surely they can hire a few college kids who need some extra cash to be the eyes and ears for them and to enforce their own rules on here, doing so right from their own computers and laptops where ever they are.
If you want to change this place we all need to send them our opinions, and to point out the obvious hateful and bigoted bullshit seen on here daily by a few TROLLS, since they don't seem to have the time or money (whatever do they do with all that monthly cash I wonder) to do a proper job of it themselves.

I haven't bothered reading much of this blogger, but I suspect it's attention-getting, which is fine, and clever, since we are here to get clicks.

Isn't it funny that people feel a need to attack the UK? The way I see it most of us Americans used to be British (or our families back when...) You can't really attack one with out attacking the other because our histories are so connected. It's too bad the school-yard fights get so much attention.

Stay the course Symphony. I'm a newbie and I haven't read the war between said person. Anyway none of it really matters anyway. It's like Heat magazine - entertainment. It's amazing how people get taken away from their path - and this is all that is going on here. Reactivity. Get back to what you do best -writing. This is all a process and those involved are just acting out what they need to act out. Don't make it personal. Don't feed it energy - just write what you need to express. I'm a newbie...just made my first post yesterday. I have been scanning titles and I've seen what's-his-face's, but I haven't read it. I don't care. I'd rather read something of substance or at least something humerous or inspiring..aka. good writing. Don't be too concerned with what that schmuck thinks. (For those of you not in the know, schmuck is yiddish for 'dick' -- just a little FYI)...

Symphony, debates about patriotism and nationalism are cursed. There is no hope of rational talk when people start waving flags. What I have noticed too is that people rush to stand behind a flagwaver but don't actually listen to what is being said. If people started to listen and think they would not give this such attention.
I have read nothing of real worth in this whole discussion (actually discussion is too kind a word) and I would not form an opinion on a country or any of its people based on any of this. I think there may be a few other people out there who think like me but then sometimes I wonder.........;-) as more are drawn in

I've read limey only once and will NEVER read them again...Everything they say is utter filth and I for one, am sick of it.
Just a thought, though I doubt anything could be done unless limey has actually threatened someone here...Is there any way we could register some kind of official complaint against limey with the blogit staff? If so, I would seriously suggest we do so as soon as possible.
Don't worry, Love...You know me far better than to have any kind of bad opinion of anyone...(Well, okay...that's not strictly true, but certainly not you).
I'll issue this warning to limey...Try though you may to get my back up...HARD CHEESE TO YOU...(In other words, don't piss me off...You'll be more sorry than you could ever have imagined)...

Posts like that aren't about writing they are about a kind of mind terrorism. I don't think the person even posts a profile which says it all.

I've tried reaching people here on Blogit regarding the subject of keeping your mouth shut when someone is obviously trying to stir up trouble, but people around here are too fucking pigheaded and decide that they want to open their big mouths and argue as well.
Personally, I think I'm going to start reading Limey's stuff more often and make jokes about it. Let's see how many people I can piss off by not being the patriotic American that I should be.
