Lol! Seems like the only thing that changes in life is who we answer to!

There are some things - like chores - that never change.  I still have "going back to school anxiety" on Sunday nights.

OBP, well, I do know that (well I don't know factually cause
I was adopted...so ask your mom) but as far as anything, oh, shit, I gotta go to bed. Gotta get up for work in a few hours! Never mind. I'll comment more tomorrow night!!

Also, SF,
I am amazed that you chose to get married and have to answer to anybody!   But so long as you are happy, that is what I wish for you, and best of luck with your conception, as I am certain you will be an outstanding mother!

SpitFire,
I knew there had to be a reason why I fell in love with you and began to admire you in a Sisterly sort of way...It is because you are a Strong and remarkable Woman!  You are a Success!

Is your mother any relation to mine?  You turned out great, I'am sure everyone is proud of you. Hey, when I was a kid, I learned about sex in Brownies (their right before girl scouts). Anyhow, I couldn't wait to grow up so I could kiss boys and have sex. lol..that's the truth...

Spiff,

It's really nice how much better things get, isn't it?  I learned all about life one day down by Yuma, in the sand dunes west of town.  Walking dunes is the metaphor (a true koan) that reveals the meaning of life: walk for an hour, until you're near exhaustion, then take a break and look around.  You have gone nowhere.  Don't ya just love it?

I'm not behaving very well am I?  Look at that I with the question mark after it.  That looks funny.  I should think that isn't right, shouldn't I?  eeuuuuuw.  I don't like it. I? I? I? I?  Gadzooks!!  I can't stand it.  I'm trapped in a comment box!  I'm getting out of here!

Wiley-Pops, why thank you so much!
And yes, I did tell my mom and my dad. They have both told me that from all I've told them about you, that it's too bad you live up north cause they'd be honored to meet you.

word.smith is right,

we never outgrow our chores, we're just taller and now have bigger bodies. Your Mom taught you well, though.

P.S. "Mr. Spitfire"--lol.

The 'chores' of adult life
sound suspiciously like those in childhood, but at least you get to decide when and how to do them.
