Those fucking morons in the District are just emulating their national counterparts -- those fucking morons in the federal government. I'm surprised they haven't brought in Dr. Phil and Tony Robbins for seminars on motivational speaking and time management in moments of crisis.
I've got a better idea. How about glow-in-the-dark t-shirts that you put on after an attack that reads, "Not a viable terrorist target." Those will save lives.
Seriously, did you see the bulletproof vests for the police dogs? Yeah, that's making America safer.

I saw 60 minutes last week and was shocked by the report. I can just see myself running a towing service in DC. I know that if under a terrorist attack I will hang around and tow cars. NOT! The Mayor of DC still has money to spend. Lord knows where that $ will go?
