Please make sure your browser is set to check for new versions of pages.

For example, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools and choose Internet Options, then click the General tab and click "Settings". Ensure that the "Automatically" button is highlighted.

You may also wish to restart your computer and reopen your browser once you've confirmed the above. Let us know if you continue to have the same problem.
