Title: Troubles
Thank you for your comments on Sara's Song. I really appreciated It!. You are my first commenter. I find what you write, very interesting also. As a matter of fact you make one feel they are actually in the room with the characters. I saw you'd like a few ideas for your title. "The lanquage of Doves" and also a subtitle called "Violins" made me think of songs, and singing, so maybe "Song of the Doves," could work? I think your ideas are good and would work too. Maybe even a mourning Dove to somehow represent the father because he is separated from his wife.I use to think they were called morning doves, so I thought of them as cheery. then I learned they were called what they are for their plaintive calls.

What is the timeframe of the piece?
Also don't worry bout the title. If you get it puvblished the editor or the publishing house will pick the title. They know what sells. It's how "Tommorow is Another Day" turned into "Gone ith The Wind."

Oh and get thee to a Movie! have fun... take it easy...feel better...take care.

LovelyLady - I like both but I am kind of like the fellows here--I put off the title of anything until I have written the piece.    I jot down ideas as I go along but for me the final title comes last.

Lovely
Sounds good, I'll read on luv. I would wait for the title to present itself to you later on. Whatever you use can be changed though so no biggie there

I wouldn't worry too much about a title.  Write it first.  You may come upon a line or a phrase in your writing that'll strike you as a great title.  Don't "Russian" with a title you might not be happy with (get it?  Russian?  Rush in?  Ah nevermind...).
