You could always make the fantasy more tangible to him by talking about it during sex. I'll spare you the examples, as I'm typing this at work. :::looks around nervously:::

I know. I don't want anyone else touching hubby. It is a nice fantasy and nothing will probably come of it. It's the idea that it might happen that excites him.

I break away from the norm by being a guy who doesn't really fantasize about this a lot. I don't think I'd be able to do it, mostly because I don't want anyone touching my wife, male or female. The thought of it is certainly quite exciting, but then the logical part of my brain kicks in and makes me think twice.
But it's a situational thing depending on the individuals involved, so I don't think I can really give advice or anything on this. It all depends on you and your husband (and certainly the third participant).
