If they wish to be allowed to die, then we should find a more humane way of helping them with it. The starving thing is only an issue because that was the only way allowed for Terri to die. Luckily she could not feel anything, so in her case starvation was not suffeirng. In other cases we really need do be humane and allow them to have some choice about how they get to die.

dying from the horrible disease of AIDS should be starved to death to free them of this terrible state they are in; don't you agree?

I agree. It really is about a person's right to choose for themselves if they wish to die with dignity or not. The conservatives keep on trying to make it into something it is very clear not. But they od not believe that people should have such a choice and so try to discredit the whole thing and show their general disrespect for life.
The courts did the right thing in regards to upholding Terri's rights and the humane thing in allowing her body to die. It really is about upholding a person's right and being humane. I have yet ot figure out why the conservatives can not see that and are picking at it so much.
