I tend not to care.. The new pope is probably already chosen.. I think it is sad that catholicism has become such a propagandized thing.. religion in general has.. it is pretty much just a trend now.. the new rebellion.

Honestly, I have paid no attention
to the pope. I care not a bit what he or the entire Catholic religion is doing. I was baptized catholic, but really I have great resentment for organized religion. No offense, I think what ever floats one's boat is fine for them. I'm just not interested. Take care :)

Well ...
I'd say, my husband M.B. has succeeded whereas no other man in the world ever has.  And doesn't that make the most sense where life is concerned?

None white!
I'm sure the next Pope will be black or Asian. They make up the bulk of the Church now, in the third world. The last Pope was promoted to shame the Comunists into freeing Poland. Which worked! Steve.

Straightforward, I rather agree with Machiavelli when he said, "All power corrupts..." Certainly Pope John Paul II did much for the world, but obviously we've witnessed the corruption and scandal in the church as well.

Straightforward - Did you know that out of the 117 Cardinals who will be voting secretly in the Conclave that 114 of them have never done this before?    That's right, only three have experience at it.
