Whcaky, so many countries buy oil from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates because they want to preserve the oil in their country...

I saw something like this a few years ago and have been getting gas from the "little guys" since then. I think the actual reasoning was a little different then...something about how the bigger companies had too much control over the prices, or something...
