Gosh Spitts....it's sort of hard to pass through...
But, if she's still going to try and fix her computer, I have the program for her. She can download it for free. Microsoft can also help her clean her computer....and there is a free virus scan she can use. But, I don't know what she has access to now or what she plans to do. My computer was nearly inoperable and I got it all cleaned out. There are too many steps to outline here......tell her this.....tell her before she abandons her computer all together (if she hasn't) to call Microsoft computer support. As for the virus support number, wait...here (866) 727-2338. Ask them to walk her through an online virus scan and the MS beta spyware program. They will help her with all those steps and can maybe save her computer. If she has any questions, tell her to email me. :)
