A couple got married to live together. So, what's the fear now about finally making plans to stay closer together?
A small house is ok. Housework is less. What matters is a happy home.

It's close, very close to the beach, need I say more? lol It is expensive here and all we can afford. It had to be no more than an hour from my husband;s work too.

But 480 sf is a closet-Why so small? I'm in the process of doing exactly the same thing but hope to end up in a cute apt on the lake---something about 1100 sf. I have to get rid of lots of priceles crap too. It hurts.
