hope your night out and your surprise with mom were fun. Enjoy your Easter.
There was a few years where Good Friday was hard for me. I was really internalizing the crucifixion. But then I remembered that we need to be mindful of the unspoken tortures that may be occuring in the world around us. A woman or child abused and belittled over years and decades has felt as much personal torture as Christ crucified.
So was the Easter Bunny good to your kids? Our kids are old enough that they don't mind if we get their day after when they go on 1/2 price.
