Sorry to hear about the Building projects.
Don't feel so badly. Just keep trying. Someoene will eventually see your work and pick up on it. As for wooden structures, a close freind of mine in was in the same fix. Good sound business plan, perspective buyers, but the lending institutions would not give the funds. As for E-Bay, 10 years ago it was great 5 years ago it was good. Lately it has appeared as the grand dame Has gotten rather slovenly. That's why I quit. The worse that anyone do though is give up, Always keep those options open. Good Luck to you.
