I'm with you. It's only an indicator, as far as I am concerned. See my next post.

                    re: miracles is it possible?

or maybe the question is is it necessary
think Star Wars and "The Force"
think power and whether or no to use that power
  i believe in miracles
  i've experienced
only thing is if everyone went around and performed miracles . . .
to me a true miracle is miracle of the mature mind  - that which knows what to do and when to do it
  true spirituallity doesn't need miracles.
yet miracles can, I suppose, be a mark of true spirituality.
  personally, I don't force miracles.

While I agree that belief more than want is necessary, overcoming the Ego is hard work in my book.

                Not hard work…but simple work…
Not wanting it badly enough…but believing in it whole heartedly.
The mystic…must also believe in the "hundred dollars" that he offers…or his doubt will be perceived.

As have I. Scared the living daylights out of me intially. But I've since learned that it is a part of the reality we live in.

we become aware of our beliefs about what is possible when we stretch ourselves this way. i've had some pretty amazing things happen as a result of merely speaking the word and letting no other thoughts interfere. not levitation or creating something out of thin air, mind you, but things that many would call extremely lucky or miraculous events, given the situation.
